When we think of Las Vegas, we no doubt conjure images of excess and vice: too much drinking, excessive if not ruinous gambling, the lurid spectacle of neon lights, the press of people hungering to satiate carnal desires–all of that is standard fare for the Sin City. Yet, with the passage of laws legalizing recreational marijuana usage in Nevada in 2017, it’s possible the city of Lost Wages may have created a set of issues they are likely regretting.
