On August 2020 Yield Growth Corp. announced a name change to Better Plant Sciences.
The Company has a portfolio of over 100 psilocybin formulas via its subsidiary, Flourish Mushroom Labs.
Flourish has formed of a Company in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Acres Flourish Labs, which plans to construct a purpose-built laboratory for the cultivation of psilocybin mushrooms, and for R&D activities.Flourish also acquired a founding interest in Translational Life Sciences Inc., a biotechnology company seeking to develop formulas containing restricted substances (such as cannabis and psilocybin) that may have medical applications.
Based in Vancouver, BC, Better Plant Sciences’ website states that they “ . . .harnesses plant intelligence and leverages modern science to offer sustainable, plant-based products that are better for health and better for the earth.” Better Plant Sciences offers brands such as Jusu, Urban Juve and Wright & Well, and “operates Jusu Bar, a quick serve restaurant alternative in Victoria, BC, which serves up fresh, healthy, and nutritious options with a focus on Jusu cold-pressed juices.” The company also “sells plant-based personal care products, including skin care, hair care and body care as well as plant-based all-natural home cleaning products.”
The company made its foray into the psychedelic arena by partnering with its subsidiary NeonMind Biosciences Inc, which engaged in psilocybin clinical trials examining psilocybin as a potential treatment to promote weight loss.
The Director, President & CEO, Better Plant Sciences Inc.is Penny White, who is also Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of NeonMind Biosciences.

Performance: Over a year’s performance period, VEGGF has been flat, but declined from a high of $12.90/share, taking a plunge in the month of June.
Final Thoughts: VEGGF is a penny stock with great potential and very affordable, but its past and current lack-laster performance is not inspiring.
